Ayurveda day
Let a Garshan treatment (pampering time approx. 40 minutes) take you to another world. This dry massage with raw silk gloves stimulates blood circulation and promotes lymph flow and metabolism. A Shiro-Abhyanga (pampering time approx. 40 minutes) for face and head provides relaxation and stress reduction. In addition, we pamper you with a Pada-Abhyanga, an Ayurvedic foot and leg massage (pampering time approx. 40 minutes).

After a liberating full body peeling, bedded and wrapped in a warm fleece, enjoy 20 minutes on our warm waterbed with built-in massage jet (total 50 minutes). After a foot reflex zone treatment (40 minutes), your feet will carry you through life very easily again. During a back massage (30 minutes) your tense muscles will be loosened and at the end of the day we serve you a refreshing wheat beer!
